STARR Quality Logistics
Effective September 6, 2026. These terms govern use of the STARR website, portal, and Academy materials.
STARR Quality Logistics, LLC provides driver-informed dispatch support, administrative paperwork assistance, and professional training through STARR Academy. STARR is not a freight broker or motor carrier unless separately agreed in writing. Carriers keep their own authority and final business decisions.
STARR Academy is professional training. A Certificate of Completion from STARR is not a government-issued license, CDL, FMCSA certification, or regulatory endorsement. Completing the course does not guarantee employment, dispatch work, or carrier approval.
Public paid enrollment is not open yet. Access today is limited to owner and invite-only testing. When enrollment opens, tuition for the complete English-language course begins at a limited-time launch price of $350. That launch rate is for a short introductory period; pricing is subject to change as the program expands. Payments will be collected through a secure checkout process (planned: Stripe Checkout). Do not send card numbers to STARR by email.
You agree to provide accurate information, use the site and portal only for lawful purposes, and not attempt to access another person’s account, disrupt the service, upload malware, or submit prohibited sensitive data (SSN, bank account/routing numbers). STARR may suspend access that appears abusive or unsafe.
Sign-in uses a one-time code emailed to your approved address. Protect your email account and do not share codes. Notify admin@starrqualityoh.com if you believe your access was compromised.
Academy lessons, assessments, glossary, and templates are STARR intellectual property for authorized students and testers. Do not redistribute course materials without written permission. Certificate issuance follows STARR’s completion and review standards.
To the fullest extent allowed by Ohio law, STARR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use, training outcomes, or dispatch decisions made by independent carriers. Freight markets change; we do not guarantee rates, loads, revenue, or job placement. The site and Academy are provided as practical business tools, not legal, tax, or regulatory advice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Venue for disputes relating to this website is Cleveland / Cuyahoga County, Ohio, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
