We do not assume responsibility for regulatory compliance on behalf of carriers.
3. No Guarantee of Income
We do not guarantee load availability, revenue, profit, or specific results. Earnings depend on market conditions, carrier performance, and external factors beyond our control.
4. Independent Contractor Relationship
All carriers and drivers are independent contractors. Nothing in this agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship.
5. Payments and Fees
All service fees are disclosed prior to engagement. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By submitting payment, you acknowledge satisfaction with the agreed services.
6. Limitation of Liability
Starr Quality Logistics shall not be liable for:
• Lost, delayed, or canceled loads • Rate confirmations or broker disputes • Detention, layover, or TONU issues • Financial losses or missed opportunities • Actions or failures of brokers, shippers, or third parties
7. No Liability for Third Parties
We connect carriers with brokers and load opportunities. We do not control third-party actions and assume no liability for their conduct.
8. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
By purchasing services, you agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve the issue.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in collections, legal action, and permanent service termination.
9. Arbitration Agreement
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Ohio.
You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits or jury trials.
10. Intellectual Property
